Financiers of NCFD to be examined for payment of wages

The budgets of Chechnya, Dagestan, Ingushetia and North Ossetia are to be analyzed by the Russian Finance Ministry in terms of the obligations to pay wages, the Minister for the North Caucasus Lev Kuznetsov said today.

"The budgets of the regions are in a difficult situation. We all understand that  it is impossible to continue to solve issues of the development of the regions, as well as improving the life quality without the development of the real sector of the economy," RIA Novosti cites Lev Kuznetsov.
