The fire in Azersun Industrial Park in Haji Zeynalabdin Taghiyev village of Azerbaijan’s Sumgayit city has been extinguished at 08:24 (GMT+4) thanks to the operational measures, the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations said.
According to the press service, currently, demolition work is underway on the site, and nobody was injured as a result of the fire.
The investigation team, consisting of employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Prosecutor General's Office, is investigating the incident. The public will be informed of the investigation results, added the press service.
