The Ministry of Emergency Situations and the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) have announced the completion of the extinguishing a fire at the offshore platform 'Gunashli-19' in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea on September 27.
Firefighting activities took place under the control of the SOCAR president Rovnag Abdullayev, the Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations Etibar Mirzayev and the head of the State Fire Service Fuzuli Asadov.
