Fire breaks out on 3 locations in eastern Georgia

A fire has broken out on the Kokhta mountain in Georgia’s eastern region of Kakheti today, Agenda.ge reports. Two Iranian helicopters will assist the Georgia Emergency Service to extinguish the fire.

According to the Emergency Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the group of firefighters and rescuers has already gone to the location. However, the forest is difficult to reach because it is several kilometers away.

The firefighters and rescuers have also gone to the villages in Georgia’s eastern regions of Kazbegi and Tusheti where the fire has reportedly spread on the grass.
