Today, the first in Dagestan beach for people suffering musculoskeletal disorders opened near Makhachkala. The Accessible Beach project was implemented with the support of the Presidential Grants Fund, the project manager, Magomed Omarov said.
“As planned, we built everything, laid paths, made a lounge zone, changing rooms, a toilet, bought two special carriages cost 240,000 rubles each. The project budget did not allow us to purchase more. Now we accept people, but not too many. Because of the coronavirus pandemic, people are still afraid to come. Now we receive two or three people, "Omarov said, adding that all necessary epidemiological safety measures are being observed on the beach, TASS reports.
