One person was killed and another was injured in a car crash on Istanbul’s new third bridge over the Bosphorus Strait, which was officially opened to traffic on August 26, marking the first deadly accident on the bridge, Doğan News Agency reports.
At least two rigs crashed due to the alleged negligence of drivers who stopped or slowed their vehicles on the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge to take selfies.
According to initial reports, one person was killed and another was injured in the accident.
