The first contest-festival of Lezgian song 'Ces Lezgi - 2015' is to be held on July 31 in Dagestan, one of the festival organizers Selim Alahyarov said. The festival is to take place in the Samur youth complex in the Lutkun Akhtyn district. Participation is open for everyone aged 16 to 40.
The event is organized by the charitable foundation Prosvesheniye in the name of the honored teacher of the Republic of Dagestan, Mahmud Abdulkerimov. The prize fund of the festival is 300 thousand rubles. All the participants will be awarded diplomas and valuable gifts, RIA Dagestan reports.
