The first high-altitude ice-skating rink is to be opened in Karachay-Cherkessia in the Arkhyz resort before New Year.
It is known that the rink will be located in the romantic village at an altitude of 1600 meters above sea level. Its length will be 40 meters and width 20 meters. The covering will be made of artificial ice, so it can be used at a temperature of 13 degrees, Tass reports.
