The relevant statement was made at the closing ceremony of the 5th Congress of World Azerbaijanis in Shusha.
More than 400 representatives of the Azerbaijani diaspora from 65 countries of the world took part in the Congress. The next 6th Congress of World Azerbaijanis is also proposed to be held in Shusha, when the city is restored.
