According to him, more than 40 people became participants in the anti-terrorist flash mob.
"The formed cloud held in the air for several seconds, the video was recorded on a professional camera. The photos and video are being actively spread in social networks and gaining a large number of positive comments," RIA Dagestan quotes Dalgatov as saying.
