Dubai is set to get its very own floating market, which will open along the Bur Dubaiside of Dubai Creek this May.
BeYouLand market will be made up of 17 abra-style boats that will bob on the Creek's water along the Al Seef Promenade. The boats will each be their own walk-in store, with fitting rooms and air conditioning. They will feature both international and local brands and sell everything from clothes to art and food, the National reported.
Al Seef is a newly opened water promenade on Dubai Creek that stretches over 1.8km and hosts restaurants and shops as well as occasional pop-ups. It is expected that the new location will see a turnout of 9 million people in its first year.
