Folk song festival held in Dagestan

The Traditional Republican festival of folk song "Tunes of the Kurahskih Mountains" was held in a picturesque grove in a village in the Kumuk Kurahskogo district, the Republican House of Folk Art reported.

The festival brought together collectives and musicians of the Agulskiy, Akhtynskiy, Dokuzparinskiy, Derbentskiy, Suleiman-Stalskiy, Kurahskiy, Rutulskiy, Magaramkentskiy and Hivskiy districts, as well as fans of folk songs from all of Southern Dagestan, RIA Dagestan reports.
