The co-owner of Novatek and petrochemical firm Sibur, Leonid Mikhelson, has become Russia's richest men, according to the latest rating from the US magazine Forbes.
Mikhelson is ranked 60th on the list of the world’s richest people, with a $14.4 billion fortune.
