Forbes magazine has published its top-50 list of best employers in Russia. The top five includes Nornickel, Polyus, Gazprombank, Yandex and Polymetal International.
The ranking was prepared by the Russian edition of the magazine for the first time, usually its global version was published.
The top-10 also includes: VTB Bank, Alrosa group of diamond mining companies, Sberbank, Gazprom and Novatek.
The 11th–20th places: MTS, S7 and Aeroflot airlines, Severstal and Fosagro, Rosatom, Nissan, Lukoil, Uralkali, Russian Railways.
The 21st–30th places: Transneft and Tatneft, Mosgortrans, Mail.ru Group, Sibur, three banks - Tinkoff, Otkritie and Raiffeisen, McDonald's and Russian Copper Company.
The 31st–40th places: Renault, Domodedovo and Sheremetyevo airports, Siberian Coal Energy Company, Danone, Novolipetsk Steel, Sovcombank and Rosbank, as well as Megafon and Etalon Group.
The 41st–50th places: VEON (Vimpelcom), Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works, Rostelecom, Metalloinvest, Samsung Electronics, Alfa Bank, Rosneft, AvtoVAZ, X5 Retail Group and Technonikol.
According to individual indicators, the first place was taken by Gazprombank in terms of salaries, by Yandex - in terms of working conditions, and by Moscow Domodedovo Airport - in terms of training.
The rating was based on analysis of over 3,000 questionnaires filled out by Superjob.ru specialists, who were asked to rate employers on October 3-4.
