Azerbaijan isn't satisfied with the current state of relations between Russia and Turkey, Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said in an interview with The Business Year.
"Our relations are developing dynamically in virtually all areas both with Turkey, and Russia. So, Azerbaijan pays special attention to the deepening of relations with both countries, Azerbaijan has strategic relations with Turkey and mutual historical roots with Russia. The number of signed documents, as well as regular mutual visits prove our strong ties,'' Interfax-Azerbaijan cites the minister as saying.
