According to the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance of Iran, Ali Jannati, the head of the Iranian Foreign Ministry, Mohammad Javad Zarif, has sent a proposal to his colleague in Saudi Arabia to hold a meeting on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York in order to discuss the situation after the tragedy in the Mina Valley near Mecca, but the Saudi Arabian minister hasn't agreed to hold talks.
