The Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia, Elmar Mammadyarov and Edward Nalbandian, will arrive in Moscow on April 8th to attend the meeting of the foreign ministers of the CIS countries.
It is known that the main topic of discussion of the ministers of foreign affairs will be the adaptation of the Commonwealth's activity to modern conditions, TASS reports.
