Russian Foreign Ministry official representative Maria Zakharova confirmed information that the Foreign Minister of Russia, Sergey Lavrov, will meet with his colleagues from the 'Normandy Quartet' on Friday November 6.
"Participation of Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov at the meeting in the 'Normandy format' in Berlin on November 6 is planned," she said.
