Russia conducts military-technical cooperation on a clear, legal and bilateral basis in accordance with the principles of the international law. The statement was made by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova who commented on the statement by Russian Ambassador to Armenia Ivan Volynkin, according to which the Armenian authorities concluded that Russia doesn't sell weapons to Azerbaijan.
"Our military-technical cooperation is developed openly. We mean motivation and prospects of this cooperation. And we also understand all the complexity of the situation. We understand what methods can lead to the settlement of the situation. We speak clearly about this,’’ a’ Vestnik Kavkaza’ correspondent reports.
