The Turkish Foreign Ministry has informed that the country is ready to send 25,000 Syrian refugees to the EU, whose status is in no doubt, a senior representative of the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced at a briefing in Ankara.
"In accordance with its own criteria the EU has already approved a quota of 72,000 migrants who will be changed one on one. The EU will send a migrant to Turkey and simultaneously it will receive one,'' Tass cites him as saying.
