The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) will meet on January 9th at an emergency meeting, the subject of which will be the crisis in relations between Iran and Saudi Arabia, and the attack on the embassy of the Kingdom in the republic, according to a statement issued by the secretariat of the organization.
"The meeting will be devoted to studying the challenges related to the attack on the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Tehran and the consulate in Mashhad," RIA Novosti quotes him as saying.
