Abdulkhalim Nazarzoda versus Dushanbe: when will the upshot be?

The situation in Tajikistan is becoming more intense. The operation in the Ramit Gorge to eliminate the former Deputy Defense Minister Abdulhalima Nazarzoda and his terrorists is continuing. President Emomali Rakhmon has assured residents of the city of Vahdat, where the situation is particularly difficult, that the militants will be destroyed "in days." 

Meanwhile, tonight, most of the country's mobile operators imposed restrictions on the use of SMS messages. It is reported that such mobile companies as Megafon, Tcell and others have some technical problems, however, it isn’t known when SMS messages will be available. This morning all types of markets, including clothing and food markets  were closed until September 10th in Dushanbe.

According to the latest reports, this evening, security forces killed four terrorists during a raid. Seven terrorists were captured, Tass reports. It was reported that 19 militants were caught and 13 people were detained.

Recall Emomali Rakhmon fired the deputy head of the Defense Ministry of Tajikistan Abduhalimov Nazarzoda "for committing a crime," and then he was charged with terrorism. Nazarzoda together with members of his group attacked the building of the Internal Affairs Directorate in Vahdat, located about 20 kilometers to the east of the capital, as well as the central office of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic in Dushanbe.  During the terrorist attacks 8 policemen and 9 terrorists were killed, and another six people were detained.
