Sergey Manasaryan was appointed a new Armenian ambassador to China. The corresponding document has been signed by the country's President Serzh Sargsyan.
By another presidential decree Sergey Manasaryan was dismissed as the deputy head of the Armenian Foreign Ministry, News.am reports.
