Today the Investigative Committee of Russia announced the death of the former head of the State Valuables Depository Vladimir Rybkin. His body was found by passers-by on Zubovsky Boulevard with injuries typical of a fall from a height platform.
He died on March 4th. "All the details will be established during the investigation. According to preliminary information, the man suddenly fell on the stairs in a residential building," ICR reports.
