Russian President Vladimir Putin has reached an agreement with the president of Formula 1 Bernie Ecclestone to organize night races in Sochi.
It was discussed at a meeting with the general director of Pirelli, Marco Tronchetti, the supplier of rubber tyres for F-1 race cars.
Putin described Ecclestone as a unique person.
