Estonia refused to issue visas to a number of Russian football players of the Armenian football club Urartu, and therefore they will not be able to play in today's Conference League qualifying match. The head coach of the team spoke about this.
"There are representatives of Russia in our team. They, the club and all of us expected until the last moment that the permission to enter would be received. At the moment there is no such permission, so not a single player will take part in the game",
Dmitry Gunko said.
The match between Urartu and Kalev began in Tallinn at 19:30 (Moscow time). During the first half the score was 1:1. The guests responded to the goal of Estonian midfielder Tristan Teeväli with a goal from striker Edgar Movsesyan.
