Fourth body recovered at plant blast site in St. Petersburg

The fourth body has been recovered at the site of the explosion at the Avangard pyrotechnical devices plant near St. Petersburg, a spokesman for the local emergencies ministry said, TASS reported.

The spokesman added that the body was recovered at 1:15am Moscow time.

The press service of the local administration confirmed that the death toll in the plant explosion has reached four people. "A fourth body has been found," the press service said.
