Fourth case of coronavirus confirmed in Georgia

Georgia has confirmed the fourth case of coronavirus Covid-19, head of the National Disease Control Centre Amiran Gamkrelidze said.

According to him, the infected individual is a citizen of Georgia who came to the country from Italy on March 1.

He noted that the individual came to Georgia without symptoms and addressed doctors yesterday with high temperature. 

Gamkrelidze said that 20 individuals have already been identified who had contact with the infected individual, Agenda.ge reported.
