German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier is holding a meeting at the Moscow hotel Ritz-Carlton with the Chairman of the Board of Sberbank German Gref.
It is reported that Gref and Steinmeier "warmly greeted" each other in the lobby of the hotel, and after that they began negotiations behind closed doors from the press.
