Next Wednesday, July 27, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili is going to pay an official visit to Nur-Sultan, the press service of the Georgian Foreign Ministry informs.
Preparations for the visit were discussed at a meeting in Nur-Sultan between Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Ermukhambet Konuspaev and interim Chargé d'Affaires of Georgia Georgy Chkheidze.
Konuspaev noted that Georgia is an important and reliable partner of Kazakhstan in the South Caucasus, and relations between the two countries are based on mutual respect and trust.
"A constructive political dialogue has been built between the two countries, close contacts have been established at the governmental level, as well as fruitful economic and humanitarian cooperation," Sputnik Georgia quotes the politician as saying.
