Garibashvili: we are coping with challenges of disaster

The Georgian authorities have managed to take control of the situation immediately after the flood on June 14, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili said.

"The authorities had no experience of how to deal with the crisis quickly. There has not been such a disaster in Tbilisi in the last 50 years. But I think that we coped with these challenges well and adequately," Sputnik-Georgia cited him as saying.

Garibashvili said that the press service of the State Council for Security and Crisis Management, which organizes the work of the staff , will inform the community.
