The price of gas in Europe on Friday fell below $1,340 per 1,000 cubic meters, according to London’s ICE.
The price of April futures contract at the TTF hub in the Netherlands fell to $1,331 per 1,000 cubic meters, or 117 euro per MWh.
In general, the price of gas has decreased by 7% since the beginning of trading.
On March 7, the price of gas in Europe grew by 79%, reaching almost $3,900 per 1,000 cubic meters for the first time.
