Gazprom increased its natural gas supplies to China 28% in 2025, Gazprom Board Chairman Alexei Miller said.
"We are working stably and reliably not only in the domestic market but also in the external one. Gas supplies to China over the past eight months have increased 28.3% compared to the same period last year," Alexei Miller said.
He noted they are supplying gas in full accordance with contractual obligations and "even more".
Exports to China amounted to 20.4 billion cubic meters in January-August 2024. Supplies could thus have reached 26 bcm in 8M 2025.
