Gazprom has accused the Ukrainian side of the "unauthorized lowering" of gas on the territory of Ukraine amounting to $5.861 million.
The Russian side brought a corresponding action to the Arbitration Court in Stockholm.
Earlier, Naftogaz Ukraine stated that Gazprom had to pay $3.2 billion to Kiev, including interest, for non-provision of the necessary gas volumes for transit. Gazprom subsequently filed a counterclaim,, Gazeta.ru reports.
