Ukraine's Deputy Minister for Occupied Territories Georgy Tuka said that no law can return Crimea and Donbass under Kiev's control.
He noted that he sees the ways of the return of Donbass under the control of Kiev, unlike Crimea under Russia's current policy.
The minister stressed that only increasing the fighting capacity of the troops, Ukraine's economic and financial viability, as well as strengthening the level of communities will allow Kiev to return uncontrolled territories, RIA Novosti reported.
