Georgia has initiated a criminal case into a plot aimed at overthrowing and seizing state power, the country's Security Service reported today.
According to the press service of the department, the Department of Intelligence of the State Security Service, on the basis of search operations and information spread in the media, began an investigation according to part 1 of article 315 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which includes plotting to overthrow and seize state power, Sputnik Georgia reports.
