Georgia reports 1,104 new COVID-19 cases

Georgia has reported 1,104 new cases of coronavirus, 1,603 recoveries and 21 deaths in the past 24 hours. 

29,032 tests have been conducted around the country on the weekend. 16,256 of the 29,032 tests were rapid tests, while the remaining 12,776 were PCR tests. 

The country has had 334,705 cases of coronavirus since February 26, 2020. 4.39% of tested individuals had Covid-19 in the past 14 days. 315,254 of the 334,705 patients have recovered, while 4,540 have died from the virus. 

Currently 14,885 individuals remain infected with Covid-19. 4,221 patients are undergoing treatment in hospitals as of today. 917 of the 4,221 patients are in critical condition. 222 of the 917 critical patients are on artificial ventilation. 25,284 individuals are in self-isolation.

More than 4,679,000 tests have been conducted in the country so far, Agenda.ge reported.
