Georgia reports 2,100 new COVID-19 cases

Georgia has reported 2,100 new Covid-19 cases, 2,251 recoveries, and 42 deaths in the last 24 hours. The positivity rate for the past 14 days stands at 5.50%.

Overall 25,600 remain infected with Covid-19 in Georgia.

A total of 38,802 tests were conducted around the country in the past 24 hours. 23,472 of the 38,802 tests were rapid tests, while the remaining 15,330 were PCR tests. 934,741 cases of coronavirus have been registered in Georgia since February 26, 2020.

A total of 895,315 of 934,741 patients have recovered, while 13,800 have died from the virus. A total of 4,551 patients are undergoing treatment in hospitals as of today. 1,191 of the 4,551 patients are in critical condition. 282 of the 1,191 critical patients are on artificial ventilation.
