Georgia reports 688 new COVID-19 cases

Georgia has reported 688 new cases of coronavirus, 788 recoveries and 13 deaths in the past 24 hours. 

5,573 individuals remain infected with Covid-19 in Georgia as of today. 

15,792 tests have been conducted in the past 24 hours around the country. 9,579 of the 15,792 tests were rapid tests, while the remaining 6,213 were PCR tests. 

Georgia has had 259,897 cases of coronavirus since February 2020. 251,077 of the 259,897  individuals have recovered, while 3,221 others have died.

2,384 patients are undergoing treatment in hospitals as of today. 559 of the 2,384 patients are in critical condition. 153 of the 559 critical patients are on artificial ventilation. 

More than 2,252,000 tests have been conducted in Georgia so far. 15,348 individuals are in self-isolation, Agenda.ge reported.
