In accordance with its international obligations, Georgia is to send a batch of highly enriched uranium back to Russia, the head of the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources Gigla Agulashvili stated.
"According to international rules, highly enriched uranium should be returned to the country of origin,’’ Interfax cites him as saying.
