The Georgian presidential reserve fund will be canceled next year as no finances are allocated for it at this time.
This year the reserve fund contained 5 million GEL.
In 2019, funding for the Georgian Presidential Administration has been reduced by almost 4 million GEL and will total 6 million GEL.
The budget of the Presidential Administration was 9,800,000 GEL in 2018 and 13,194,600 GEL - in 2017, Agenda.ge reported.
The number of employees of the new president’s administration will also be reduced from 140 in 2018 to 60 in 2019.
The inauguration of the president-elect Salome Zurabishvili will be held on December 16.
