Germany plans to allocate more than 250 million euros for energy, infrastructure and communal reforms in Georgia, the country's Finance Ministry said.
The framework agreement on financial cooperation between the governments of Georgia and Germany was signed yesterday by Finance Minister Mamuka Bakhtadze and German Ambassador to Georgia Haike Faich. According to the document, Georgia will receive a loan of 230 million euros and 22.7 million euros as a grant, Business Georgia reports.
