Georgian border guard died from firearm injuries in the village of Shilda, Kvareli municipality of Kakheti region, InterPressNews reported.
InterPressNews was informed that the border guard died while on duty. Other details are unknown.
The Prosecutor's Office is investigating the case under the Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Georgia (incitement to suicide).
