Secretary of the Georgian Dream party Irakli Kobakhidze believes that it is worth reaching an agreement with some part of the opposition and holding a consultation.
"There is a resource for negotiations, since there is a line between radical and less radical parties. There is also space for agreements with individual coalitions," Sputnik-Georgia cited Kobakhidze as saying.
The newly elected parliament of Georgia convened its first session on December 11. However, it was comprised only of ruling Georgian Dream party amid a boycott by opposition members who insist that October 31 parliamentary elections were rigged.
