The Georgian Military road connecting Russia with the countries of the South Caucasus is closed for trucks due to a worsening of weather conditions, the Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation for North Ossetia reported.
"Movement along the Georgian Military Road was closed for trucks from 02:00am," Interfax cited the statement a saying.
The Georgian Military Highway is currently the only highway connecting Georgia and Armenia with Russia.
