"Trams are an opportunity to overcome the challenges of transportation in Tbilisi" is the title of a project presented by the non-governmental organization ‘Tbilisi Tram’ to the capital's city council (Sakrebulo).
‘’The best decision to solve traffic problems in Tbilisi is to create a tram line. We have presented a sketch, where it is possible to lay the tram lines in Tbilisi. There are a lot of resources for this. These are suburbs where there is a huge flow of passengers. Priorities can be outlined here,’’ the representative of the NGO ‘Tbilisi Tram’ Becka Ninikuri said, Sputnik Georgia reports.
