President of Georgia Giorgi Margvelashvili has summoned the National Security Council Meeting for today, InterPressNews reported.
The session will start at 3:30 pm at Presidential Residence. According to the Security Council, the number of Georgian military forces in 2019 and discussion of the progress in the country's defense reforms are on the agenda of the meeting.
Minister of Defense of Georgia Levan Izoria and Chief of General Staff of the Georgian Armed Forces, Major General Vladimir Chachibaia will make reports at the meeting.
All permanent members of the National Security Council are invited to attend the meeting.
