Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili has congratulated Angela Merkel with her fourth term as Chancellor of Germany.
"Congratulations to Angela Merkel on reelection. I am confident that under her leadership Germany & EU will become even stronger," he posted on his Twitter page.
Merkel’s party, the Christian Democrats (CDU), received 32.% of the votes in Sunday's election.
