The Entrepreneurship Development Agency under the Georgian Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development has become a member of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM).
The project was carried out with funding and support from the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ).
The deputy head of the Ministry of Economy, Ketevan Bochorishvili, presented representatives of the agency with the corresponding certificate.
The Deputy Minister pointed to the importance of the fact that the Entrepreneurship Development Agency joined such international companies as Bosch, Mercedes and Xerox.
According to Bochorishvili, introduction of European standards will help the agency to work as efficiently as possible with both public institutions and the private sector, Sputnik Georgia reports.
