The Georgian Parliament has received a draft government decree "On determining the size of the Georgian Defense Forces in 2023".
According to the document, the number of people in the Forces in 2023 will not exceed 37000. Thus, the number of personnel of the Georgian army will not change.
The restriction does not apply to martial law, reservists and temporary staff members of the Georgian Defense Ministry.
